Kerry Purmensky, PhD, is Professor and Coordinator of the MATESOL program at the University of Central Florida. She has received numerous grants, including two from the U.S. Department of Education as Co-PI. Her research interests include service-learning and English Learner teacher training. She has published books on service-learning and TESOL pedagogy, and focuses on promoting accessible English Learner Teacher research in the field.
